      Amaya is a multi-concept food wonderland that traverses several galleries, each featuring a different cuisine. The emphasis at this popular buffet is on Asian cuisines. As a result, you’re encouraged to pull up to one of its many long tables, and order lots of food to share in true Asian tradition. There’s a wide array of Thai food to choose from, including staples like Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai, and Som Tam. Complementing the Thai selection is an Indian tandoori grill that turns out spicy kebabs, breads, and vegetables alongside curries and daals. A cold bar offers up Japanese plates, think sushi and sashimi, alongside platters of seafood like mussels, oysters, and scallops.

      To go along with those robust Asian plates, there’s an Italian section that serves up made-to-order pasta in beloved flavours like Carbonara, Bolognese, and Frutti di Mare, as well as antipasti like Carpaccio. For dessert, tuck into icy treats like Singaporean Ice Kacang, shaved ice drenched with sweet toppings, or traditional Thai sweets. This joint is so full of options, the most difficult thing will be deciding where to start.
