    Since its debut in May 2015, Crab and Claw has made a splash in our city’s culinary scene for its buttery New England-styled lobsters and lobster rolls. Located in Siam Paragon, this casual dining spot has been luring hordes of office workers, yuppies, and foodies with its value-for-money meals.

    Authenticity is the focus here, so it should be noted that this eating spot imports live Maine lobsters everyday. We recommend take a deep dive into the restaurant’s highly compelling menu, starting with classic C&C Lobster Roll. This standout dish features chunks of chilled Maine lobster meat tucked between a soft bun, and embellished with clarified butter and lemon zest, making it a perfect meal on a hot sweltering day! We also suggest the Combo Roll, which combines chilled Maine lobster and snow crab into a one-two knockout punch. It is enhanced with a sprinkling of fresh cilantro and lemon juice, and comes with a stack of fries. Other popular favourites include the creamy Lobster Bisque, made from an unbelievable concoction of lobster stock, chunks of lobster meat, with a dash of cream.
