Yet while you may try your luck at spotting someone famous, the headline restaurant of the regal Centara Grand Ladprao will probably garner more oohs and aahs with their lavish Italian classics. Don’t believe us? Then trust the experts, because Don Giovanni has been awarded “Thailand’s Best Restaurant” for four consecutive years by Thailand Tatler.

    Sit yourself down amidst an elegant setting where stained windows and beautiful wall murals will transport you to the heart of Italy. What’s more, let the live violin and piano duo elevate the mood with their lilting tunes as you tuck into a gorgeous meal. Pasta here is homemade here so make sure you order a plate or two. The Ravioli with Rock Lobster & Scallops or the Guinea Fowl Tortellini with Parma Ham & Mushroom Sauce are both stellar choices if you can’t decide. Pizza here is pared down to the basics, allowing the luscious sauce and thin, crisp crust to shine through. The Pizza Don Giovanni, for instance, features parma ham, gorgonzola, mushrooms, tomato and mozzarella, a down-to-earth combination that just works.
