    Melding classic ingredients in new and innovative ways, each dish Chef and owner Luca Appino conjures up is infused with Mediterranean influences, resulting in delicious, unique rustic Italian fare we can’t get enough. The Risotto di Luca con formaggio Crutin d’Alba e copertura di pancetta with black truffle cheese and cured Italian bacon and the Ravioli alla piemontese col ripieno di funghi porcini e crema di tartufo served with white Alba truffle and a sensational wild mushroom cream sauce are just two of our favourites on the menu and though portions are quite generous, sharing is still something we aren’t inclined to do!
