    Blending moderate twists into edible art, MAZE was inspired by the concept of combining modern culinary creations with traditional flavours. Presenting an extravagant dining experience, choose from either a nine-course or six-course menu for an unforgettable meal. Each menu even features an intriguing storyline filled with surprises. A place where fine dining is transformed into an interesting and delectable experience, drop by MAZE for a taste of elegance.

    A firm believer in zero waste management, MAZE walks the talk through their careful selection of local raw materials using Western techniques infused with the various use of sweet and savoury cooking methods. Headed by chef May Phanthanan, an alumni of Top Chef and Iron Chef, the restaurant’s menu is rotated and adjusted based on the best ingredients.

    Mixing tamarind paste with sweet tamarind meat for a sweet mouthful of chewy texture, the Yod Yod Tamarind and Salmon is served with coconut milk foam and chopped salmon. Beautifully plated, another noteworthy dish is the Grilled Meat Platter. Featuring aromatic beef oil and liver sausage, the plate is decorated with grilled vegetables for a truly traditional Northern Thai cuisine feel. (Oct 2020)
