    Bangkok’s famed Hospitality Management Asia group, the creatives behind stylish Cocotte Farm Roast & Winery and newly opened dry-aged specialist, Leon By Cocotte, brings their considerable talents to bear on Italian cuisine with Mozza By Cocotte.

    The restaurant exudes its “La Cucina di Mamma,” which means “Mom’s cuisine,” philosophy, which is spearheaded by Head Chef Samuele Alvisi. Chef Samuele and his team have compiled a menu of Italian favourites for you to indulge in. No visit at Mozza would be complete without trying the Truffle Arancini, a decadent deep fried truffle risotto ball filled with mozzarella, parmesan and fresh truffle. Another classic not to be missed is their Truffle Buratta served with roasted pumpkin and rocket salad. On the pasta side we recommend the Lobster Spaghetti, a whole grilled lobster mixed with lobster bisque, tomato sauce and, of course, spaghetti, classic hearty Italian flavours. If you’re looking for something on the fun sharing side, try the Carpi Salerno Pizza, a thin perfectly cooked crusty pizza topped with Parma ham, stracciatella, basil and tomato.

    Mozza also has an array of classic Italian desserts from their Cannoli Trio to, a must have for any classic Italian restaurant, Tiramisu. If you’re unsure what dessert to try you can always share a Pasticceria Assortita (a trio of mini Coffee Tiramisu, Chocolate Lava Cup and Cassata Gelato). Perfect for a little afternoon tea session after an enjoyable morning shopping at EmQuartier.
