      Pimp My Salad is Bangkok’s hottest new salad bar with a simple philosophy: healthy eating doesn’t have to be bland. With limitless tasty ingredients to choose from and an impressive selection of healthy desserts, smoothies, and coffee drinks, this fast-casual and trendy establishment is offering next-level healthy eating.

      A cafe brand born in Singapore and developed by the team behind Sarnies, Pimp My Salad believes in feeding everyone delicious, nutritious, and real food. Each salad bowl is fully customisable with ingredients prepared fresh daily, and the majority made in-house and sourced locally whenever possible.

      The bright and modern restaurant boasts an Argentinian-style open fire pit where patrons can select their favourite “Flame-grilled Meats”, such as the Coconut & Kaffir Lime Chicken, Cured and Smoked Salmon, or the Sous Vide Rump Steak – all deliciously cooked over an open flame visible to guests. Those with a sweet tooth can indulge in their healthy, guilt-free sweets – including their homemade raw and vegan brownie, popularly known as “A F**cking Healthy Brownie”. Fresh smoothies, soft serve açaí bowls, granola, and more are available all-day.

      The restaurant is continually bringing in new menu items, offerings, and sustainability practices to create an inviting experience for everyone. Organic wine and craft beer will eventually be added into the menu for evenings. Pimp My Salad supports eco-friendly practices, using compostable bowls and cups that are made from recycled coffee husks. There is also a designated recycling station and utility bins for guests to separate their dishes, cups, and utensils after their meals. The restaurant also plans to provide catering services for companies and customised meal planning services in the near future.
