    Located along Yaowarat Road in the stylish boutique hotel of Shanghai Mansion, Red Rose mesmerizes with its contemporary takes on Chinese fare, melding fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques to create mind-blowing dishes. Standouts include the Crispy Peking Duck, which is accompanied with paper-thin slices of dough and a special sweet and sour sauce.
