If you’re in the mood for a hearty brunch, the Full Irish breakfast will fill you up with its combo of eggs, pork sausages, back bacon, mushrooms, black and white pudding, and toast. Or keep things simple and kick start the day with a Golden Vale Toastie, an Irish favourite of smoked ham, aged cheddar, and red onions sandwiched between whole wheat bread.

For heartier mains, try the Braised Beef & Guinness Stew or a popular favourite, the Dublin Coddle. The latter is a soul-satisfying dish of pork sausages, bacon, vegetables, and potatoes slowly stewed, and served with housemade brown bread.

Of course, no meal in an Irish pub is complete without a taste of pie. The Beef & Guinness Pot Pie is a must-order, where flaky, golden pastry sits atop a rich, aromatic stew of tender beef chunks infused with a generous shot of the local stout.
