    Bangkok is not short on stunning views, but this unique spot on the rooftop of Hotel Once is something special. It offers the opportunity to soak in the sights of the city and river from one vantage point. Housed within a glasshouse, with gorgeous spiral staircases and soft lighting, it’s the perfect place for a romantic dinner with someone special. The menu hints of Italian and Western influences with a contemporary Thai twist - think Grilled Tiger Prawns with a sweet and juicy Watermelon Salad on the side.

    Much of the menu consist of pairing opposing flavours together to create exciting new combinations. Seafood lovers will love the Hokkaido Scallops with Truffle Cream Sauce. The mild sweetness of the scallops is tempered by the earthy-rich flavour of the sauce. Not only does this dish taste amazing, the plating and construction of the dish make it Instagram-worthy. The aforementioned Grilled Tiger Prawns with Watermelon Salad are also delightful. The grilling process gives the prawns a smoky flavour that pairs perfectly with the juicy sweetness of the watermelon.
