    Baan Talay is known for its pristine beaches, clear water, and stunning sunsets. The namesake restaurant combines all of this for guests in an intimate alfresco environment. The menu here boasts some of Thailand’s favourite flavours, with dishes made from the freshest ingredients.

    The Lobster Khao Soi is an exclusive dinner dish you’ll want to sink your teeth into. Made with firm, juicy lobster, rich coconut milk, and spices, this curry stew is the perfect mix of spicy, sweet, and earthy. Another must-try for seafood lovers is the Phad Pong Garee Poo, a crab curry made with roasted chilli paste, celery, egg, and tomato. The smokiness of the chilli compliments the light sweetness of the crabmeat, making for a perfectly balanced dish.

    Not a fan of seafood? Fret not, as there are plenty of other dishes on offer. The Gai Hor Bai Toey is an excellent starter that will leave your mouth watering. This appetiser is made with crisp deep-fried chicken, wrapped in pandan leaves, and served with a side of Tamarind sauce. For a unique plant-based main, try the Phad Phak Boong Fai Daeng -- chilli and garlic stir-fried with the morning glory plant.
