    The hotel buffet is a minor cliché, you almost always know what you’re in for. Not with BYD Bistro. Eschewing the usual limp vegetables, overcooked meat, and slightly-off seafood, here the kitchen is committed to using seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients, prepared with refined French and Modern European techniques. Load up on rich Rissole Potatoes, tender Brussels Sprouts, and buttery Mashed Potatoes, the perfect bed for a cocotte of Beef Bourguignon. There’s an amazing BBQ Station that turns out fresh seafood and meats given a fiery sear on the grill. Rock Lobsters, Tiger Prawns, Squid, Beef Tenderloin, and Pork Ribs are given the flame-licked treatment, and finished with your choice of sauce from the Sauce Station. Choose from such yummy options as French Ravigote Sauce, a mustard and herb concoction, Pepper Cream Sauce, and a piquant Thai Seafood Sauce. Round off your meal with a Cheese Platter, featuring a selection of seasonal cheeses with accompaniments like jams, nuts, dried fruit, and crackers.
