      DISTILLERY DISCOVERY VISIT
      Enjoy a refreshing mojito while discovering how we craft the rum contained within.
      The distillery is open every day. The tour runs every hour from 2:00, 3:00, 4:00, 5:00, and 6:00PM.
      Price: 450 THB (per adult) including rum tasting & Chalong Bay Mojito.
      Price: 250 THB (per child between 15 – 20 years old) including Virgin Mojito & Homemade syrup tasting.

      Set among a whimsical rustic garden, tucked away from the busy tourist attractions of southern Phuket, Chalong Bay Distillery & Bar is serving up unique, creative dishes and pairing them with inventive cocktails using their internationally acclaimed and award-winning rum, distilled and bottled on site. Guests can relax in the open-air, thatched roofed restaurant while sitting amongst the sugarcane stalks and taking in the view of the copper still imported from France.

      Evening is a particularly magical time to enjoy a meal under the stars with dim, playful lighting illuminating the garden. The menu, consisting of a variation between Mediterranean and Asian starters, salads and mains, while each barring their own pairing menu, has been carefully designed by Chalong Bay’s Chef Oil, a Le Cordon Bleu alumni. Her rustic cuisine uses fresh, quality ingredients that serve to bring people together with distinctive comfort food that is made to be shared. Some must-try dishes include the Roasted Chicken with Wild Mushrooms paired with the Sweet Hammock Naps cocktail from the Mediterranean pairing menu and Coconut Sticky Rice with Coconut Ice Cream served with the Mango Bliss cocktail, a playful take on a traditional mango-sticky rice, from the Asian Pairing menu.
