Issara - Restaurant & Bar [TEST]

Dear friends and future guests,

After months of planing and battling with the unsure and ever changing pandemic situation in the world, our restaurant is finally opening it's doors in Phuket on the 23rd of July. We are ready to welcome you in our tranquil, private & tropical garden, located in Kata Gardens, just next to the beautiful Kata Noi beach in Phuket.

As always, times are ever changing, just like seasons in a year. After a hot summer, there comes balance, with cooler weather, to chill down the earth, and give it a fresh start - some peaceful time to recover. During autumn, leaves & seeds fall, giving hope for a future life to sprout. As you see, if we listen to the nature around, we can learn as well. Not copy, but understand, mimic & adapt... And like new sprouts, grow and evolve.

Accepting these guidelines as our new anchor, and as our new foundation & building block - we are confident that, just like nature, we are going to recover and bloom, better and stronger then ever.

We are offering creative fusion cuisine, blending modern Asian with Western influences.

Restaurant is led by MasterChef Croatia Winner, Iron Chef Thailand challenger & Le Cordon Bleu alumni, overall a very passionate chef from Croatia - Nikola Lesar. Chef Nikola has been mastering his craft in Asia for the past 7 years, and has made Thailand his home. He likes exploring local cuisine while giving it a new touch on his plates and dishes.
