    Think Italian cuisine and images of spaghetti bolognese, pizza, and lasagna come to mind – all dishes that are drenched in smooth tomato-based sauce. And it’s this red sauce that the Italian eatery located at Rosewood Phuket takes its name after.

    Stroll down to this laidback eating joint and feast on some of the most authentic Italian dishes you’ll find on Phuket. Created by Italian-born Executive Chef Luca De Negri, the dishes at Red Sauce showcase a winning combination of cooking techniques from the old world, beloved flavours, and imported prime cuts paired with locally sourced ingredients. If the weather allows for it, we recommend sitting out on the terrace with views that overlook Emerald Bay, and tucking into dishes such as the Squid Ink Risotto. Got kids in your party? Then you’ll want to order the Salsiccia Pizza, a healthful dish topped with generous amounts of broccolini. For dinner, heartier fare is available for the pickings, with options such as the Baked Octopus, Grilled Lamb Chop, and the Roasted Free Range Chicken.
