    A ‘Poached and chilled seafood bucket’ features an ocean bounty of blue swimmer crab, tiger prawns, fresh shucked oysters, marinated mussels and scallops, all very slowly poachedwith a special ‘bouillon’of fresh crushed lemongrass, black pepper and spices.

    One experience you shouldn’t miss is the Himalayan Salt Brick,where the meat/seafood sizzle and spit upon the heated brick while the salt imparts beneficial minerals into the protein.Himalayan Salt Brick is actually a type of rock salt; known as ‘Halite’ which has been around since the dawn of creation, more than 400 billion years ago.

    Falsely advertised, this salt is actually found deep under the mountains of Khewra in the Punjab region of Pakistan (approximately 300km from the Himalayas), and the salt mined there is believed to be the cleanest and healthiest salt on Earth, at approximately 99% pure.

    The brick is heated to temperatures exceeding 200° Celsius, before meat or seafood is allowed to sizzle on it while the salt imparts beneficial minerals into the protein.Our myriad different salts can really complement your meal by adding another interesting depth of flavour.
