    About

The Southern pearl of the Andaman Sea may be most well-known for its pristine white beaches, but Seafood at Trisara is definitely second on the list with its excellent food and ambiance. Step in and you're immediately greeted with white-washed walls dotted with vibrant paintings, while the white rattan chairs fitted with plush sky blue cushions perfectly elevate the calm and relaxing ambience. As you tuck into your meal, enjoy breathtaking views of the ocean as the sounds of the waves crashing against the shores serenade you.

draws from Thai recipes passed down from older generations, or what’s better known as ‘Mama’ recipes, to create dishes that are both heartwarming and innovative. Seafood, locally sourced and served up fresh, takes the spotlight here. Highlights include the Mong gone Phad Prik Gleau, Sauteed Phuket lobster with fresh turmeric, salt, chili, garlic and coriander, Goong Ob Gleau, where juicy tiger prawns are coated and baked in salt, and served with a tangy chili and lime dip, Gam Poo Phad Pong Kari, Thailand s most popular seafood curry stir fried crab meat, homenade yellow curry paste, egg and celery. Another crab dish that’s a definite must-try is the Lon Poo, a famous Phuket crab dip with a luscious pork and coconut cream, served with crunchy vegetables. This version distinguishes itself from the crowd by retaining the popular dish’s original flavour, using Bilimbi fruit juice instead of the oft-used lime juice to balance the sweetness of the coconut. The list goes on, but it might be best to savour the excitement for yourself! (Jan 2017)

    The buzz

“Set on the beachfront area of the resort, Seafood features three separate areas: a stylish indoor dining room, a few tables under the shade of a pergola, and a terrace right next to the beach. Classy yet unpretentious, Trisara Seafood is the right place for sampling freshly caught products from the Andaman Sea in style.” -Phuket.com MICHELIN GUIDE PHUKET 2019 Seafood at Trisara has been awarded The Plate.
