      From the people who created a nightlife empire in Hong Kong’s famous Lan Kwai Fong district comes a chill night out done Phuket style: an alfresco meal eaten whilst lounging on poolside beds in the shade of gently swaying palms, or indoors. Surrounded by tropical flowers and vibrant Thai tapestries, a cocktail in hand, the troubles of home feel far, far away.

      The food is a selection of reliable Thai plates, with a focus on Phuket specialties, prepared with little deviation from traditional techniques but always with an urban flair in the presentation. A sharing-style meal is recommended so you can sample the whole gamut ranging from rich curries like spicy-sweet lychee and duck red curry, crab curry with coconut and Thai basil, or kaffir-scented red prawn curry, to meat and seafood entrees like deep-fried white snapper served with onions, tomatoes, and a sweet chili sauce, or pan-fried cubes of beef with cashews and chunks of mango. For more Western palates, there are steaks and pastas, like a particularly delicious tenderloin of beef served with creamy pan-seared foie-gras.
