      With its prime perch on the hilltop and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a glittering view of the Andaman sea, it’s no wonder that Sunset Grill is a go-to for romantic dates or special occasions.

      For mains, the menu keeps to traditional French dishes such as Duck Confit. Here, the bird’s leg is brined and cooked in rendered fat so the meat is meltingly-tender. To cut through the richness, drizzle a sweet pomegranate sauce that’s served on the side. Vegetarian? Just let chef know, and the team will be happy to whip up equally delicious dishes such as Mushroom Tortellini in a creamy black truffle sauce.
