    Nestled in the gorgeous Trisara resort, The Deck offers a wide array of comfy and authentic Thai and international cuisine for both hotel guests and local residents. Dishes are prepared with the best ingredients available, with a focus on locally-sourced ingredients and organic products. MSG is not used in cooking here as well, a rarity in restaurants these days. What’s more, if you’re a vegetarian or have any food allergies, the easily navigable menu is marked with icons to help diners take their pick.

    Some must-trys include the Yam Som-O, a pomelo salad with green apple, chilli paste, and roasted grated coconut. The curries here pack a feisty punch as well. All curry pastes used are made in-house with the freshest ingredients available, making for exceptionally fragrant and rich gravies. Western highlights include the Black Truffle pizza, a signature dish from 2 Michelin-starred chef Edouard Loubet, and the unbelievably tender Slow-roasted 24 hours Lamb Shank dressed with chick pea mousseline and preserved lemon.

    If you aren’t sold yet, perhaps stunning views of the ocean will tempt you. The expansive oceanfront teak deck sets sit above Trisara’s private beach while tall coconut palms provide just the right amount of shade, an idyllic setting perfect for a refreshing breakfast, casual lunch, or a romantic dinner.
