Set along the prestigious Millionaires Mile at Kamala Beach, The Pool House is located next to the main swimming pool at the Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort and boasts tranquil views out over the Andaman Sea from the terrace. Designed with relaxation and socializing in mind, guests come together to unwind within the warm and inviting atmosphere of both indoor and outdoor dining spaces, perfectly capturing the renowned authentic Thai hospitality.
Start the days with an International Buffet breakfast, including live stations with Thai and Western breakfast favorites, vegetarian and Indian items. Lunch and dinner are served a la carte with a substantial menu comprising Thai, Italian, Indian and International comfort foods ordered individually or to share.
Created by Executive Chef Mario Caramella and his talented team of chefs, the menu showcases their specialist cuisines and caters to a diverse range of tastes, including a hearty selection of appetizers, salads, soups, pizzas, antipasto, pastas, grills, desserts and cheeses.
The “What a WonderFOOD World” menu goes with a range of healthy choices such as Greek, Caesar and Prawn salad, balanced with holiday indulgences like Truffle Fries or Nachos fully-loaded with guacamole, cheese, Mexican salsa, cilantro and sour cream. For mains, there are classics such as Fish and Chips in beer batter, a choice of prime cut tenderloin and sirloin steaks alongside scintillating Roasted Salmon with mango coriander and chili salsa or Fritto Misto, a crispy platter of squid rings, prawn and soft shell crab.
Tangy spice lovers can choose from an appetizing selection of Thai specialties with the “Amazing! “Cuisine of Thailand” menu. Start out with “Tod mun goong” Prawn cakes or “Yam Poo Nim” soft shell crab with green mango salad, or steer towards the classic “Tom Yum Goong” and “Tom Kha Gai” soups before moving on to stir-fried favorites such as “Gai pad med ma muang” chicken with cashew nut and wholesome curries like “Chu chee kung yang” grilled prawn in red curry or “Gaeng phed ped yang” duck curry with pineapple, eggplant and sweet basil.
The Incredible! “Food of” India menu by Indian Sous Chef Hans Raj features signature dishes such as Aloo tikki, pan-fried potato patties with mint chutney, Aloo matar, a simple comfort food prepared with potato and green pea curry, Chana masala, a chickpea curry with tomato, onion served with saffron basmati, alongside traditional favorites such as chicken tikka, lamb masala and an assortment of Indian breads.
