    Manhattan Steakhouse offers prime-aged steaks and seafood in the classic environment of a traditional Chicago or New York restaurant. The wine cellar is stocked with hundreds of bottles, from full-bodied reds to fruity, chilled whites, to perfectly accompany each course.

    Manhattan's specialty is the 950g Tomahawk beef tenderloin, cut from prime Australian rib and cooked to perfection. It’s seared on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, served atop a bed of puréed potatoes with grilled mushrooms and baby vine tomatoes. It's an indulgent dish, perfect to share. (Aug 2014)
