    From the same team behind Cuivre downstairs, you may be surprised at how impressive their take on Thai is. You've got a stand-out pomelo salad, delicious satay and curries, and perhaps most importantly an actual stellar pad thai. Chef Michael Wendling studied Thai cuisine in Bangkok, and it shows through authentically delicious flavors (including several Thai dishes more difficult to come by in Shanghai) and some the most outstanding presentation in Shanghai.
