Infusing dynamic influences from the Middle East and European culinary traditions, the restaurant’s menu features a wide variety of dishes that expertly uses herbs, spices and walnuts.

    These delicious dishes include both meat and vegetarian options. Bringing Tbilisi’s spices market to your table, the Gazapkhuli is a classic Gerogian salad made of tomatoes, red onions and spring onions, dressed with coriander and dill. The Falafel, a Levantine classic, consist of deep-fried chickpea balls that taste as good as they look.
