      Want dinner with a view? This is the place for you. Located in the swish Riva Surya hotel in Phra Nakhon, Babble & Rum boasts sweeping views of the Chao Praya river. Lounge in one of their daybeds - made of rattan to give the setting some character. The menu is filled with delicious Asian and European classics, which have helped the restaurant gain a devoted following.

      There is a delectable breakfast buffet spread on offer here - from congee to cereal, the range of dishes are sure to suit every palate. The Braised Pork Noodle Soup is one of their most popular dishes, and is perfect for a cold day. The Boran Ice-Cream is a must-try sweet treat that is localised through the addition of sticky rice, peanuts, and condensed milk.

      Barflies will love the various happy hour promotions that allow guests to indulge in tipples at reasonable prices.
