From Sunday to Thursday, indulge in the restaurant’s Thai Market Buffet Dinner which boasts a prolific menu showcasing the varied regional delicacies that span the country. From traditional Thai appetisers like spice-laden salads to warm curries, there’s something to be had for everyone. Head over to the Southern cooking station for finely-honed dishes such as Massaman Nue featuring beef slowly simmered in a rich massaman curry. You can also graze on time-cherished Northern recipes like Kaeng Hung Ley Moo, braised pork belly in red curry, or the beloved Khao Soi Chiang Mai, better known as chicken curry with egg noodles.

On Saturday night, the restaurant changes its menu to display a plethora of seafood goodies. Have your fill with a selection of various crabs, shellfish, Australian black mussels, or even fresh sushi and sashimi from the Japanese counter.
