      This popular Japanese yakiniku restaurant has gone international, with a local branch in Bangkok’s Takatown in Soi Prompong. The spotlight, of course, is on premium quality beef, which you can enjoy in this two-storied restaurant decked out in all black and Daruma dolls, a symbol for good luck. An eye-catching wall decoration is a huge chart showing the different cuts of beef that Sankyu has to offer, including the Ozuma Karubi, a deliciously fatty cut with a frosted web of marbling that promises melt-in-your-mouth beef once it curls up on the grill.
