      Thai kitchen luminary Srisamorn Kongpun now helms this sexy new-wave Thai eatery that brings the lavish and ancient cuisine of the Thai royal court to the contemporary world, full of wonderful modern flourishes that take Thai food to the next level. You get the first hint of this from the beautiful interiors, which blend traditional wooden features with upmarket metal and rustic brick, a true blending of styles that tell you you’re about to eat some very special Thai food. Kick of with some Miang Kham Wraps, lotus and betel nut leaves seasoned with traditional Thai spices and served with a rich sauce of roasted coconut. The popular Nam Prik Long Ruea sees marinated tender pork, flavoured with intensely savoury prawn paste, fried to caramelized perfection. Local Snakehead Fish, loved for its tender flesh and pleasant fatty flavour is undercut with a bracing homemade chili paste that will leave your mouth on fire. For sweets, forget everything you know about Thai desserts, the kitchen goes wild here. Think Caramelized Dried Bael, a local fruit with an intense, tangy flavour, that’s burnished and served with an aromatic smoke-infused ice cream.
