    About

Chef Anita Tang is a woman you’d want to meet. Raised in Hong Kong, trained as a chef in Italy, and a former restaurant owner of a successful Chinese restaurant in Phuket, Chef Tang’s culinary background is outstanding and her food is exceptional.

Her 16-seat private kitchen is nestled in the retro Young Place mall, a stylish space decorated with vibrant art and ceiling plants. The open kitchen is a welcoming space where you can observe Chef Tang at work, or chat with her about food and drinks. Situated in the small courtyard, is a barbecue grill -- perfect for summer barbecues.

Dinner menus are inspired by your preferences, which means chef Tang’s cooking could be anything from a gamut of handmade pasta to Sichuan Chicken depending on what you’re in the mood for. Some of her signature dishes to date include Chinese dumplings stuffed with garlic mushrooms, scallops and asparagus with ginger and carrot puree, as well as a pillow-y souffle with fresh raspberries and pistachios for dessert.

No alcoholic drinks are served here, but you’re encouraged to bring your own bottles. Make sure to pick one of your better tipples to pair with your food selection here! (August 2019)
