    Steaming plates of hand-rolled pasta; crisp, thin pizzas straight out of a wood-fired oven. At Beccofino, the food is as fresh as it’s delicious. The antipasti here starts the meal on a good note. Dishes like savoury, nutty iberico ham served with sweet melon, and succulent tiger prawns tossed with bell peppers and cherry tomatoes make for a delicious salad. The Pumpkin Soup is a crowd favourite — sweet, creamy, and garnished with slivers of shaved almonds and golden croutons.

    Pastas are where it gets exciting, as you get a pick of the traditional dried variety, or a selection of homemade noodles. From the former, try the angel hair with lobster, asparagus, and a light cream sauce. Fans of freshly-made pasta will love the tube-shaped Strozzapreti that is the perfect vessel to sop up the rich chicken ragout sauce accompanying it. The handmade Fettuccine with Alaskan King Crab is a classic dish. The version here delivers with its winning combination of al dente pasta, chunks of sweet crab meat, and plump cherry tomatoes that add a juicy sweetness to round it off.
