    You may already have heard of Benihana for its “eatertainment” concept, which takes Japanese teppan-yaki style dining to the next level with table-side chefs who juggle, flip, slice, and dice your dinner and turn it into theatre. And the food is no afterthought either, featuring premium seafood, steaks and other meats grilled to perfection and served up with crisp sakes and Japanese-style cocktails.     Apart from teppanyaki, there’s a range of contemporary Japanese plates to sate your appetite as well. Think a classic Chirashi, thick slices of sashimi and crunchy ebiko served over Japanese rice in a bowl, or a colourful Dragon Roll, featuring crab meat, eel, and avocado in an elaborate roll. For a fusion take on sashimi, get the Tai Ceviche, which highlights the prized Japanese seasonal white fish served in a punchy dressing of yuzu, Hawaiian pink salt, and Thai sriracha sauce, for a Southeast Asian spin on a South American classic.
