About
You may already have heard of Benihana for its “eatertainment” concept, which takes Japanese teppan-yaki style dining to the next level with table-side chefs who juggle, flip, slice, and dice your dinner and turn it into theatre. Whether it’s a scallop or a Wagyu steak, the à la minute cooking ensures it arrives on your plate still singing from the grill.

Apart from teppanyaki, there’s a range of contemporary Japanese plates to sate your appetite as well. Think a classic Chirashi, thick slices of sashimi and crunchy ebiko served over Japanese rice in a bowl, or a colourful Dragon Roll, featuring crab meat, eel, and avocado in an elaborate roll. For a fusion take on sashimi, get the Tai Ceviche, which highlights the prized Japanese seasonal white fish served in a punchy dressing of yuzu, Hawaiian pink salt, and Thai sriracha sauce, for a Southeast Asian spin on a South American classic.
