    About

    Adding to world-renowned chef Alain Ducasse’s repertoire of restaurants is Blue, a contemporary French fine dining restaurant with sweeping views of the Chao Phraya River.

    Leading the kitchen is executive chef Wilfrid Hocquet, who has had more than 20 years of experience in the culinary scene. This includes three years at the three Michelin star Le Louis XV – Alain Ducasse in Monte Carlo’s Hotel de Paris, as well as stints at three other Michelin-starred restaurants. The menu features a carefully curated selection of appetizers, mains, and desserts.

    Start your culinary journey with the unique Crab Caviar or a classic Pan-Seared Foie Gras with Red Onion and Cherries. For mains, the hearty Wagyu Beef with Sweetcorn and Fluffy Potato Crisps hits all the right notes. Leave space for desserts too — you won’t want to miss the fluffy Chocolate Soufflé and delicate Mango/Yuzu Vacherin.

    If you find yourself spoilt for choice, opt for the Blue Experience, a five or seven-course set that features the chef’s top picks. The all-day set menu is served from midday until six pm, or if you prefer a selection of small bites includes cake and specialty pastries is available in the lounge. (August 2020)
