    Located in the Waldorf Astoria, an exquisite retail and dining destination in the Magnolias Ratchadami Development in Pathum Wan, this restaurant is a carnivore’s dream come true. Perced on the tower’s 55th floor, it boasts sweeping views of the city. A custom grill is used to cook meat live and features a replica of the famous Bull and Bear statue from Wall Street. Whether you like your meats slow-roasted, grilled, or smoked, there’s sure to be something for you on the menu here. Helmed by seasoned Aussie Chef Patrick Morris, the former Chef de Cuisine of the W Hotel in Doha, diners can rest assured they’re in good hands.

    One of their most popular items is the 55-Day Dry-Aged Steak. Unlike the green meats of regular steaks, the dry-aging process gives the meat an umami flavour that is irreplicable with just seasoning. Once you try a cut of dry-aged beef here, you’ll never want a regular steak again. Seafood lovers will relish in the Grilled Australian Barramundi. Grilling accentuates a slightly smoky flavour whilst sealing in the juices of the fish. The result is a tender, buttery piece of fish that is perfect with a glass of red.
