    Overseeing a staff of experienced chefs, chef Dan Bark of Michelin-starred restaurant, Upstairs, leads the team in serving delicious everyday dishes. Come here for weekend brunch staples such as Sourdough Pancakes, Steak and Eggs, as well as chef Dan’s famous Crispy Fried Chicken and Waffles.

    Pair your meals with an exquisite glass of wine. Spanning the flavour spectrum, expect American classic wines tinged with hints of Thai specialties.
