    Carbar is a casual homey neighborhood Italian Food & Wine Bar. Located on the ground floor of 72 Courtyard Thonglor. We offer wood-fired pizzas made from 3-day fermented dough, fresh house-made pasta, and small plates with a thoughtful wine selection. This season Carbar is launching a variety of “carb” focused comfort dishes to fill your belly and feed your soul.

    Behind the stove, Chef Arnie Marcella has taken the helm. While some of you might be familiar with Chef Arnie Marcella’s take on Contemporary Asian American Cuisine, what you don’t know is that his culinary roots lie in the tomato-stained and garlic-scented kitchens of Italian Cuisine. Italian immigrants have left an undeniable mark on New York City and the area where he grew up was no exception; where many Holidays and traditions can be traced back to Italy. Carbar is a throwback to the soulful foods that sparked his love of cooking and led him to live and study throughout Italy.
