    Nestled in Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok, Da Vinci is a quaint eating spot where classic Italian dishes shine under the deft hands of Chef Alessandro Eusebi. The chef, who grew up in the ancient city of Rimini, has worked in a handful of acclaimed north Italian restaurants, and now translates his well-honed pizza skills into some of the most mouthwatering pies to be found in Bangkok. We love the Pizza da Vinci that has been sweetened with fresh tomatoes and mushrooms, and paired with mozzarella, gorgonzola, and parma ham. Hankering for red meat? Then be sure to tuck into the utterly divine Lamb Shank Gremolata. Here, this fork-tender piece of lamb shank is slowly braised in a rich tomato sauce that is enhanced with wine and herbs, and accompanied with creamy mashed potatoes and mushrooms.
