    Replicating the feel of a teeming local market, KINKAO invites its diners to peruse the gleaming displays of fresh prawns, oysters, fish, and live mud crabs that will eventually make it onto your table. Start with a varied selection of Fresh Oysters to share, imported straight from France, Australia, and Ireland, and topped with local garnishes and a homemade tamarind sauce. Caught from the wild, the Grilled River Prawns are undeniably juicy and firm, with a slight smoky aroma that comes from being cooked at a charcoal grill. Local Thai flavours also make a statement on the menu here, with options such as the heavenly Steamed Crab with Thai Herbs and Glass Noodles, or the Tom Yum Goong which comes chock full of fresh prawns.
