Start with a varied selection of Fresh Oysters to share, imported straight from France, Australia, and Ireland, and topped with local garnishes and a homemade tamarind sauce. Caught from the wild, the Grilled River Prawns are undeniably juicy and firm, with a slight smoky aroma that comes from being cooked at a charcoal grill.
