    La VIE - Creative French Cuisine- It’s modern, it’s French and ultra-classy. Every dish is a voyage in gastronomy - from a delightful variety of starters soups, Wild mushroom cappuccino and black truffle (240฿), to Tournedos rossini, foie-gras, périgueux sauce (1,800฿) for main courses, and finishing off with rich desserts such as Passion fruit crème brulée, coconut sorbet and meringue, sesame tuile (300฿).     “La VIE is the revamped 11/F restaurant of VIE Hotel. Previously more of a buffet place, the restaurant is now back to doing a la carte and multi-course set menus.
