Marchwood is a contemporary bistro and bar that aims to acquaint the masses with wines from around the world, boasting 40-and-growing labels of sparkling, red, and white wines. Not sure what to pick? Just ask the staff and they'll be more than happy to recommend a bottle. Marchwood even holds wine tasting sessions every Tuesday to encourage guests to explore new varieties.

Complementing the list of wines is an impressive food menu to boot. A range of Western fusion appetizers, pastas, mains, and desserts are served all-day, making it the perfect place to have a casual lunch or full gastronomic experience in the evening.

Signature dishes include the Sous Vide Cinnamon Pork Loin and Wafu Choyu pasta, where spaghetti is tossed in a Japanese-style sauce and topped with grilled unagi.
