    Mio Food & Art is a living proof of how a modern, minimalistic furniture design showroom could be turned into a bright, upbeat, chic 50 seaters, and very instagrammable Italian restaurant serving hard-to-find traditional dishes such as ‘Selection Cold Cuts la Mora Romagnola with Condiments’ and ‘Imported Burrata’. There’s also an outdoor balcony to sit and relax that seats 16.

    Mio’s Executive Head Chef Antonio Facchinetti boasts decades of in-depth culinary experiences across the world – particularly in Asia in internationally acclaimed, award-winning restaurants and prestigious five-star hotels. Chef Antonio, with his eye for details and friendly customer-oriented attitude, has created an authentic Italian culinary journey at Mio.

    The unique aspect of Mio is the fact that it collaborates closely with a boutique local cattle farm in Isaan province of Thailand. This local farm partner is the pioneer in artificial insemination and created a special breed of Black Angus and Charolais Beef Steer. Through the insemination, high-quality calves are born and are free to eat, play, and roam naturally.
