Committed to working with seasonal ingredients, the main claim to fame here is the high quality of ingredients. Think seafood like prawns, crabs, and fish caught from local waters, as well as meats, rice, vegetables, fruits, and spices grown on local soil, hand-picked by the restaurant’s chefs in consultation with farmers and producers.
