      Volti at Shangri-La Hotel Bangkok is home to a refreshing degustation experience featuring Chef Deivid Paiva’s culinary passions. The menu features staples from authentic Italian cuisine, such as the Burrata con Pomodori da Sorrento ait re Gusti (Fresh Burrata cooked with Organic Tomato and Fresh Garden Leaves), Ravioli con Burrata Affumicato, and Pomodoro e Burrata Liquida (Ravioli with Smoked Buffalo Mozzarella, Tomato Compote and Burrata Cream).

      Diners can also look forward to flame-grilled dishes such as the Flame-grilled Australian Angus Cuts or Flame-grilled Australian Wagyu Cuts. Both dishes are expertly grilled over controlled fires, resulting in aromatic, smoky slices of meat that melt in your mouth.

      It’s all about the mousse when it comes to dessert at Volti. Smooth, light and savory, the Mousse di Mandarino is the perfect end to a delicious dinner. However, if you prefer a dessert that’s sweet with a hint of sourness, go for the Vanilla Biscuit and Orange Sorbet. (February 2020)
