    Water Library Crystal Park offers a refined modern European dining experience, with a focus on French and Thai-French fusion cuisine. Located on the second floor of The Crystal Park Veranda mall, this elegantly-decorated restaurant is perfect for date nights or business meetings.

    Start your night with the Tarte Flambee Classic Bacon that is good for two. Thin, crispy dough forms the base for creamy bechamel sauce, loaded with plenty of crispy bacon and caramelised onions.

    The pasta dishes at Water Library are certainly innovative. Soft-Shell Crab Pad Thai Pasta, for instance, uses fettuccine pasta cooked Thai-style in a stir-fry. Cubes of egg tofu, bean sprouts, and preserved salted radishes are tossed into the mix, while a dollop of shrimp roe gives the dish an umami punch.

    Fancy tucking into a slab of steak? The Spicy Larb Wagyu here is a winner. Prime wagyu is medium-roasted, then paired with a spicy salad and a wobbly onsen egg that is perfect as a dipping sauce for the juicy meat. End the meal on a sweet note with a scoop of Rice Milk Ice Cream with its silky yet subtly grainy texture that makes for an interesting contrast. (September 2019)
