Each Chope user has a unique referral link which can be found in the their profile within the Chope app. Click on "Refer New Diner, Earn $" to share your referral link with friends and family. Do note that referrals are only successful once referees sign up for a new Chope account.
New diners (referees) will receive additional 200 Chope-Dollars from signing up via the referral link when the first reservation has been fulfilled. Reservations must be made via the Chope app or Chope Website and Chope-Dollars will be credited within 72 hours from the date of dining.
The referrer will receive 300 Chope-Dollars after the referee has successfully completed his/her first reservation via the Chope App or Chope Website.s
Chope audits all reservations and reserves the right to suspend any Chope account if we detect atypical fraudulent behaviour.
RESERVATION
You would have received a Reservation Confirmation email. Follow the link to edit or cancel your reservation. Alternatively, you can edit or cancel your reservations from the Chope app as well. If you have installed the Chope App, your reservations should also be consolidated within your profile.
Restaurants who have signed up for this feature will be able to trigger a call/SMS to your mobile phone. This call/SMS serves as a reminder for an upcoming reservation at the restaurant. Kindly follow the instructions in the call or sms for acknowledgement.
Yes, you may and you will still earn Chope-Dollars as long as you are logged into your registered Chope account!
Yes, you may but the subsequent reservations have to be more than 1 hour apart from the previous reservation.
Definitely! Upon arrival, please let the restaurant know the name the reservation was made under.
Each restaurant on Chope submits their agreed online quota to Chope. This online quota dictates how many diners will be allowed to make a reservation via Chope. Once the online quota is reached, Chope’s online reservation for the restaurant will be automatically closed. The online quota may not be reflective of the restaurant’s actual total seating capacity. In situations like this, we would recommend to contact the restaurant directly to make the reservation.
Chope offers 24/7 online reservation services. We do not provide reservation services via phone calls, emails, text, Facebook messenger, etc.
Yes, you can! Chope is available in the following cities, Bali, Jakarta, Bangkok, Phuket, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Singapore. You will earn Chope-Dollars for making reservations in the different cities. However, for Shanghai, please create a separate Chope account.
CHOPE-DOLLARS & REDEMPTION
Chope-Dollars will appear in your Chope account within 72 hours from the dining date.
Chope-Dollars are only awarded when reservations fulfil the following criteria:

In the event that restaurants dispute diners' attendance, the diner may be required to provide proof of dining in the form of a time and date-stamped receipt. Should neither parties be able to verify the genuinity of the reservation, Chope will make the final call for the reinstation of the reservation.
All enquiries regarding rewarding of Chope-Dollars must be submitted via email to our customer support team within 14 days from the reservation date in order to be considered for a review by Chope. To expedite the process, please attach proof of dining (i.e. receipts) in the email.

Successful redemptions of Chope-Dollars to KrisFlyer miles by diners are non-refundable and non-reversible by Chope.
KrisFlyer miles can only be redeemed via the Chope app.
Each membership is only eligible for one redemption of KrisFlyer miles per month.
Miles will be credited into your KrisFlyer account within 30 working days after your conversion request.
Members are responsible for any delays caused by the submission of inaccurate details.
Successful redemptions of Chope-Dollars to KrisFlyer miles by diners are non-refundable and non-reversible by Chope.
Suspicious redemptions will be flagged out and Chope will make the final decision on the effectivity of these redemptions. Chope reserves the right to change these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
CREDIT CARD
Authorisation hold is the practice of verifying electronic transactions initiated with a debit card or credit card and rendering this balance as unavailable for one to use until the ‘Hold’ has expired. One is not charged for any amount at the time of initiating a credit card authorisation hold. Holding period may last up to 30
days.
This feature is implemented upon the restaurant’s request for discouraging no-shows or last minute cancellations. The restaurant may implement a credit card authorisation for reservations on a daily basis or on special occasions like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc. Kindly check the specific restaurant page for more information.
The credit card authorisation amount is set by the restaurant. The same applies to the cancellation policy. Varying restaurants have different cancellation policies -- kindly review them before submitting your credit card details and confirming your reservation.
No. You will only be charged in the event of a no-show or cancellation within the premise of the restaurant’s defined cancellation policy.
Kindly contact the restaurant directly as only the restaurant will be able to assist you on this. Chope only facilitates the process of passing the diner’s credit card information to the respective restaurant’s payment gateway. Chope does not hold any diners’ credit card details in this process.
CHOPEDEALS - GENERAL
Upon successful purchase of a ChopeDeals voucher, you will receive the voucher in your email inbox or you can find them in your Chope app (Profile -> My Vouchers). There are several ways to utilise the voucher:
1. For catering meals, present the voucher redemption code on your Chope app to the restaurant staff before ordering. Your voucher can be found under Profile -> My Vouchers.
2. For dining-in vouchers, present the voucher on your chope app, or the voucher confirmation email on your mobile to the restaurant host before ordering.
3. If you ordered a meal package, please refer to the Terms of Use stated in the Restaurant Page.
Yes, our vouchers are cash vouchers that can be used to offset the entire bill, after tax and service charges.

Your purchased vouchers can be found in the Chope app. Access your 'Profile' tab within the app and tap on "My Vouchers". All vouchers available for redemption will be grouped by restaurant and sorted by expiry date there.
Otherwise, kindly check your junk mail, or the 'Promotions' tab in your email account. If you are still unable to locate your vouchers, please email support.id@chope.co. Simply let us know which vouchers you have purchased, and the email address you used to purchase it. The voucher will be sent to you again.

Our vouchers are smart e-vouchers that combine all your purchases into one code for ease of reference. However, within the Chope app, vouchers available for redemption are grouped by restaurant and listed by expiry date. This way, you need not worry about finding vouchers across different purchases, for different restaurants.
For redemption outside of the Chope app, you can just use the voucher code found in your email to redeem all your vouchers at the different restaurants.
Our vouchers are smart e-vouchers that combine all your purchases into one code, but rest assured, you do not have to use them all at once. Simply let the restaurant know which vouchers you wish to use for this dining session, and they will process it accordingly. You can redeem your remaining vouchers on your next visit to the restaurant.
ChopeDeals vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise stated. Please check the validity period of the vouchers before purchasing.
Unfortunately, we are unable to retroactively enter the discount code once your purchase is completed. You may wish to utilise your discount code in your next purchase instead.

REDEMPTION
You will need to make a reservation via Chope before dining at your selected restaurant, unless otherwise stated. Please check the terms of use of the voucher for more information. Chope allows you to make online reservations 24/7 and an email confirmation will instantly be sent to you.
Each individual voucher is meant for one-time use only. However, if you have purchased several vouchers, you may use the remaining individual vouchers for your next visit.
For example, if you have pre-purchased two Rp 500,000 vouchers (Rp 1,000,000 in total), and your final bill at the restaurant is Rp 800,000, you may choose to fully utilise both vouchers, or use one Rp 500,000 voucher, and pay the remaining Rp 300,000 with cash or credit card at the restaurant. The other Rp 500,000 voucher can be used for your subsequent visit to the restaurant. However, If you choose to use both Rp 500,000 vouchers, you will not be refunded the used balance of Rp 200,000
Most restaurants allow multiple vouchers to be used in one sitting, but there are restaurants with stricter redemption policies in place. Kindly check the terms of use of your preferred restaurant vouchers before purchasing, just to be sure.
You may choose to purchase another voucher, or top up the leftover value using cash or credit card. If you are purchasing another voucher, do note that some restaurants have stricter policies in place regarding the number of vouchers that can be used in one sitting – kindly check the terms of use of your preferred restaurant vouchers prior to purchasing to be sure.
The voucher redemption portal page is solely for restaurants' usage and the details need to be entered by the restaurant host. Kindly present your voucher to the restaurant host to redeem your voucher.
Our redemption process is simple! Just follow the step-by-step guide below to redeem your vouchers yourself. Do note that you will need to have a restaurant staff present when you make your redemption.
Restaurant staff have to be present to ensure that the redemption process is being verified and that you, as a diner, will be entitled to receive the discount/promotion from the redeemed vouchers. Please note that refunds are not allowed once the vouchers have been redeemed.
All orders and past redemptions will be shown in the 'View Activity' page. Go to the ‘Profile’ tab in your Chope app, tap into ‘My Vouchers’ and you will be able to find ‘View Activity’ on the top right hand corner of the page.
CHOPE RESERVATION PROMOTIONS - GENERAL
We update our Chope exclusives on a monthly basis. You may view the ongoing exclusive promotions via this link.
On the website, apply your promo code in the field ‘Use a promotion code’. A one-liner stating, ‘You will earn xxx Chope-Dollars with this reservation!’ will appear upon successful application.
Similarly on the Chope app, apply your promo code in the field ‘Have a promo code?’. A one-liner stating, ‘You will earn xxx Chope-Dollars with this reservation!’ will appear upon successful application.
Unfortunately, promo codes cannot be applied retrospectively after a reservation has been booked and confirmed. You may wish to cancel your reservation and make a new reservation using the promo code.

Unfortunately, no. The expiration date of Chope-Dollars will not be extended for anyone, under any circumstances.
REWARDS
All users will earn a base amount of 100 Chope-Dollars per reservation when they first start booking with Chope. As you go up the tiers, the multiplier will kick in to give you more Chope-Dollars for each reservation*. The higher your tier, the higher your multiplier.
For example, if your tier jumps from Silver to Gold and your multiplier increases from 1.25 to 1.5x, every reservation you make as a Gold user will give you 150 C$ (1.5 x 100 C$) compared to 125 C$ as a Silver user.

No, it does not. The multiplier only applies to the base amount of Chope-Dollars earned per reservation (100 C$) and not any other Chope-Dollar promotions or specials.
If a person with the 1.5x multiplier makes a booking and applies a promo code that gives them additional 200 Chope-Dollars, then the total Chope-Dollars earned for that reservation would be:
[1.5 x 100 C$] + 200 C$ = 350 C$
Your membership tier, requirements, and multiplier are tied to the city you registered in. If you registered in Chope Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Bali, Jakarta, or Phuket, your status and multiplier will not change for reservations made in those cities.

Yes, Chope reservations made in our cities (Singapore, Hong Kong, Bali, Jakarta, Phuket, Bangkok, and Shanghai) will give you Chope-Dollars, regardless of where you’re based. For instance, a Singapore-based user can book for a Bali restaurant on Chope and receive Chope-Dollars for that reservation.

The multiplier will be based on the date you create the reservation and not the dining date, therefore, it will follow the tier multiplier prior to the change.
Your membership tier, requirements, and multiplier are tied to the city you registered in. If you registered in Chope Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Bali, Jakarta, or Phuket, your multiplier will still work for the reservations made in those cities.
