Located in the lush Sri Panwa resort, this restaurant offers an unparalleled authentic Thai dining experience by combining Thai techniques with premium ingredients from around the world.

      Seafood lovers can start with the Hoi Jor, a delicious starter of crab, shrimp, and pork paste deep-fried, served with a signature chilli sauce. The pork gives this appetiser a mild meaty flavour without taking away the slight sweetness of the shrimp and crab meat. Deep frying makes the exterior crisp, while the inside remains perfectly tender and moist. For something a little lighter, opt for the Yam Ped Krob, a duck salad served with peanuts and herbs, then topped with a traditional Thai chilli sauce.

      The Paneng Kae Yang is made with lamb chops sourced from New Zealand, and makes for the perfect main. It’s topped with spicy-sweet paneang sauce which pairs perfectly with the tender lamb, ensuring that this dish is perfectly balanced.
