Located in swish the MGallery by Sofitel in Patong, this rooftop bar serves up creative cocktails with unique flavours. The elegant white and wood interior lends a touch of class to this elegant spot that overlooks the Andaman Sea.

The menu offers a small selection of light bites inspired by Latin cuisine. The Chorizo Con Vino is a must-try. Made with traditional Spanish sausage braised in red wine and onions, this dish packs a spicy punch, and is best paired with a Negroni to keep things light. For something a little milder, opt for the Chicharrones, a delicious dish of fried pork belly rind. The buttery rind is cooked to delicate perfection and melts in the mouth from the first bite.

Most of the cocktails here feature a splash of Chalong Bay, a locally-produced rum, known colloquially as the most famous of Phuket’s rums. One of the must-try libations is the Choco Amor - a rich concoction of Chalong Bay Cinnamon Rum, dark cacao liquor, and chilli. Pineapple and lime juice add a hint of tangy citrus. This rich cocktail is not only pretty to look at, but tasty too! Diners who prefer non-alcoholic drinks will be delighted with the mocktails and fresh fruit juices that are available as well.
