    ELLA Bar & Bistro is a hidden culinary secret located a mere ten minutes walk from the white sugar-sands of Patong beach. Emanating laidback vibes, this casual eating spot teems with sun-seeking tourists and local foodies who crave international cuisine done well.

    The nosh at ELLA is as cosmopolitan as the guests it serves. Starting at 9 in the morning, ELLA kicks off the day with a full breakfast menu ready to fuel hungover diners and early risers alike. As the day goes on, take your pick from pizza, soul food, Mexican dishes, or a smattering of Thai favourites thrown in for good measure. The fusion tacos are particularly noteworthy, featuring spices and sauces inspired from various cuisines. We like the standout grilled chicken taco, featuring a creamy Massaman sauce that borrows heavily from Thai and Latin American flavours.

    After dusk, ELLA, located prominently on the first floor of the trendy Ella Bed Hotel, spins the sultry-smooth tunes of R&B and jazz.
