      First and foremost, the Empress Teahouse epitomizes quality ingredients in the hands of passionate chefs.

      The Teahouse is unique in design and typifies the charm and customer service quality of the Chinoiserie Collection Resort & Spa. We serve Phuket roasted, barista brewed gourmet coffee and high quality teas selected for their superb flavor during the day, and tasty trendsetting cocktails by night.

      The Teahouse features an 8 meter long bar and comfortable seating where Resort and walk-in guests are welcome to join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. We have 24 seats in-doors with air-conditioning and a balcony overlooking Nai Harn Lake where guests can just sit and enjoy the tropical breeze.

      The menu is inspired by memories of travel and family recipes. Dishes are prepared with fresh local ingredients; herbs from the Resort’s garden and seafood sourced from the nearby fisherman’s village at Rawai. Try our savory signature deconstructed pies, served with flakey puff pastry – handcrafted to perfection.

      The Teahouse will open for afternoon high-tea in the first quarter of 2020. We fully expect our afternoon high-tea to be amongst Thailand’s top best afternoon experiences. Watch as our chefs prepare scones and pastries in our open kitchen, and savor the rich aromas of the multiple choices of loose leaf tea available from our tea menu.
